What to Expect from Veylorix

The Process

How We Work

  • After your intake form is submitted and your deposit is received, we'll schedule a discovery call to align on vision, strategy, and direction.
  • From there we move into design and development. You'll receive a staging link to review and provide feedback before anything goes live.
  • Standard builds include up to two revision meetings for organized feedback on layout, content, and visual direction within the approved scope.
  • Revision feedback must be submitted through the official Veylorix revision form before each scheduled revision meeting.
  • After the second revision meeting, new pages, new features, redesign requests, or major direction changes may require a separate quote or paid change request.
  • Once the final balance is paid, all code, files, admin access, and domain control are transferred to you in full.
Timeline & Delivery

What You're Getting

  • Built on WordPress with Elementor as the foundation, extended with hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components in sections where custom code produces a better result. Design is fully custom — no marketplace templates.
  • Up to 8 page equivalent units — this accounts for full pages as well as complex sections that function at the level of a standalone page.
  • Semi custom design built around your brand — stronger architecture, better visual hierarchy, and more refined execution than Basic.
  • Mobile, tablet, and desktop tuning across all major breakpoints.
  • Typical build timeline ranges from 3–6 weeks depending on asset delivery and feedback turnaround.
Third Party Tools

How Add-Ons Are Handled

  • Booking systems, contact forms, scheduling embeds, and similar functionality within the Standard tier are implemented using existing third party platforms — such as Google Forms, Calendly, or similar tools.
  • These tools are integrated and embedded into your site professionally rather than custom built.
  • Custom built systems and backend logic are exclusive to the Advanced tier.
Communication

Staying in Touch

  • All project communication runs through email unless otherwise agreed at the start of the project.
  • Response times are typically within 5 to 7 business days.
  • You'll receive progress updates at key milestones throughout the build.
  • Timely feedback from your end is critical — delays in asset delivery or review responses extend the timeline.

What We Need From You

Before We Begin

Required from Day One

  • Completed intake form with all required fields filled out thoroughly and accurately.
  • Your logo files in PNG, SVG, or JPG format. If you have multiple versions, provide all of them.
  • 50% deposit paid to initiate the project.
  • A confirmed email address for all project communication.
  • Any competitor or inspiration sites you want us to reference for style direction.
During the Build

Active Participation

  • Written content for each page — if you need guidance, indicate it in the form.
  • Any photos, images, or media assets you want used on the site.
  • Details about any third party tools you want integrated — account credentials or embed codes may be needed.
  • Timely responses during the review stage. Standard builds have more moving parts and delays compound faster.
  • Brand guidelines or a clear description of your visual direction.

Contract & Agreement Overview

Payment

50% deposit to begin. 25% due at staging. 25% final balance due before any files, access, or domain transfer is released. All payments are nonrefundable once work has begun on that phase.

Scope

Work is scoped to what is agreed upon at the start. Additions or significant changes after the build has begun will be quoted and billed separately. Page equivalent units are determined at the start and cannot be expanded without an additional agreement.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two revision meetings. Revision feedback must be submitted through the official Veylorix revision form before the scheduled meeting. After the second revision meeting, the approved scope is locked and additional changes may require a separate quote or paid change request.

Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website in full — all code, assets, and content. Veylorix retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Legal Content

Veylorix does not draft, write, or provide any legal language including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, or any other legally binding documentation. If your site requires legal content, you must provide it in full before the build begins.

Third Party Tools

Any third party tools embedded into your site (forms, booking systems, scheduling, etc.) are subject to their own terms of service. Veylorix is not responsible for the availability, cost changes, or policy updates of those platforms.

Hosting

Ongoing hosting is available through Veylorix at $80/month. Maintenance plans start at $149/month. You may transfer to your own hosting after the final payment is received.
